CONSTRUCTION WORKER KILLED WHEN MACHINE ROLLED OVER ON HIM

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS DRIVING A CEMENT BREAKER FROM ONE JOB SITE TO ANOTHER OVER A STATE HIGHWAY. THE RIGHT SET OF REAR WHEELS BROKE LOOSE FROM THE HUB, CAUSING THE TRUCK TO ROLL OVER. THE BOOM OR THE CONCRETE BREAKER CRUSHED EMPLOYEE #1'S HEAD BETWEEN THE CONCRETE BREAKER AND THE PAVEMENT, KILLING HIM.
