Employee's neck fractured in fall from scaffold

Employee #1 was on a scaffold, installing a metal rack on a wall when for some reason the scaffold moved away from the wall. Employee #1 fell approximately 10 ft onto a concrete floor, fracturing vertebrae in his neck. At the time this report was written, he was in a halo device to immobilize his head and neck.
