AN EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING FROM A SCAFFOLD, REMOVING METAL WALL STUDS. ONE OF THE STUDS CUT INTO A 120-VOLT CORD THAT WAS LYING ON THE FLOOR. THE CORD WAS SUPPLYING TEMPORARY LIGHTING. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
