Employee dies after fall from window ledge
Employee #1 was cleaning windows from a ladder propped against a building. When he stepped from the ladder onto a window ledge, 24 ft to 25 ft in the air, Employee #1 fell from the ledge and struck his head on the sidewalk. Employee #1 died.
