AN ELECTRIC UTILITY WORK CREW WAS PERFORMING POWER LINE WORK. AN EMPLOYEE ON THE GROUND WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE CONTACTED THE METAL BODY OF A LINE TRUCK AT SAME TIME AS THE BOOM ON THE LINE TRUCK CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE.
