Employee is killed in fall from Aerial Lift Work Platform du

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on January 21, 2015, and employee was repairing an overhead light fixture while working from an elevated Aerial Lift Work Platform. While working he was struck by a moving five ton Bridge Crane. The employee fell approximately 18 ft. to the concrete surface. The employee was killed from injuries to head and body.
