WHILE REMOVING THE PART, SHE ACCIDENTLY TRIPPED THE PRESS. HER FINGERS WERE PINCHED IN THE DIE. THE FIRST AND THIRD FINGERS OF HER RIGHT HAND WERE AMPUTATED AT THE FIRST JOINT.
