INDUSTRIAL FORKLIFT TRUCK ACCIDENT

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS DRIVING HIS FORKLIFT TRUCK THROUGH A WAREHOUSE PASSED AN OFFICE. THE LEFT SIDE OF THE TRUCK HIT A STANCHION WHICH PROTECTS THE OFFICE DOOR AREA. THE DRIVERS LEFT LEG WAS BROKEN WHEN HE WAS THROWN AGAINST THE STANCHION. NO WITNESSES TO ACCIDENT.
