ONE EMPLOYEE HAD HEART ATTACK; ANOTHER FELL FROM AUTO

EMPLOYEE #1 SUFFERED AN APPARENT HEART ATTACK WHILE WORKING AT A DOCK-SIDE CONSTRUCTION OPERATION. EMPLOYEE #1 WAS PLACED IN THE BACK OF A CARRY-ALL VAN WITH THE HELP OF EMPLOYEE #2. THE VAN WAS TO TRANSPORT EMPLOYEE #1 TO A HOSPITAL. THE VEHICLE PULLED AWAY, AND EMPLOYEE #2 FELL OUT, DISLOCATING HIS SHOULDER. EMPLOYEE #1 DIED AFTER ARRIVING AT THE HOSPITAL.
