ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS

TWO MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES WERE INSTALLING A LIGHTING FIXTURE ON TOP OF AN OVEN. AFTER THE FIXTURE WAS IN PLACE, ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES TOLD THE OTHER TO WAIT UNTIL THE CIRCUIT WAS DEENERGIZED AND STARTED TO LEAVE. THE OTHER EMPLOYEE CONTACTED ONE OF THE ENERGIZED CONDUCTORS OF THE LIGHTING CIRCUIT AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
