IN ATTEMPTING TO STOP SOME CONCRETE BLOCKS FROM FALLING, EMPLOYEE #1 STEPPED BACKWARDS OFF THE SCAFFOLD HE WAS WORKING FROM AND FELL TO THE GROUND. HE WAS KILLED.
