EMPLOYEE STRUCK AND KILLED BY TREE
Employee #1 had felled an oak tree and was topping it when a birch tree uprooted, fell, and struck him across his back. Employee #1 was pinned between a log and the birch tree. Employee #1 suffered head and neck injuries and eventually died of these injuries.
