EMPLOYEE KILLED WHEN FORK LIFT TRUCK FALLS FROM DOCK

At about 1:00 p.m., Employee #1 who worked for The Sherwin Williams Company, was driving a forklift truck to load a trailer. During the loading, the forklift truck rolled about 5 ft off of the dock and crushed Employee #1 against the pavement, killing him.
