ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED LINE THRU CONDUCTOR

AN EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO FREE A CONDUCTOR THAT HAD BEEN STRUNG ACROSS A RIVER AND THAT WAS SNAGGED ON SOMETHING ON THE RIVER BOTTOM. THE CONDUCTOR, WHEN FREED FROM THE RIVER BOTTOM, CONTACTED AN ENERGIZED 7200-VOLT CONDUCTOR. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
