ELECTRIC SHOCK - GROUND FAULT IN FIXTURE

An employee was assigned to move an overhead lighting fixture. He started working without deenergizing the circuit. As he was stripping insulation from a conductor, he contacted the 277-volt conductor and was electrocuted.
