EMPLOYEE DIED FROM HEART ATTACK AT WORK

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on August 8, 1988 Employee #1 of American National Can Co. was replacing broken windows using a extension ladder. Employee #1 felt sick, came down the ladder, collapsed, and died. The coroner reported by telephone that Employee #1 had a history of heart problems.
