Employee killed when crushed by rolling tree

Employee #1 was limbing a felled tree when it began to roll. He was found beneath the tree, approximately 26 ft downhill from where it was felled. Employee #1 suffered crushing injuries to his upper body and a broken leg. There were no witnesses to the accident.
