EMPLOYEE #1 WALKED OUTSIDE THE EDGE OF THE STRUCTURE TO UNLOAD SOME MATERIALS BEING DELIVERED. A PIECE OF LUMBER (4 BY 4) FELL FROM 120 FEET ABOVE AND STRUCK HIM. HE WAS KILLED.
