Employee killed in fall from roof

Employee #1 and a coworker were working together to roll out a plastic roofing membrane. Employee #1 was walking backward, pulling the backing off the roll and laying down the membrane as he went. When he reached the edge of the roof he tripped over the low parapet and fell 30 ft. Employee #1 was killed.
