Employee is trapped by truck against dock and is killed

At 3:45 p.m. on October 2, 2014, an employee was preparing the dock while the supervisor was backing up a 1998 Isuzu Ftr box truck to unload mail at a local mailing facility when the employee became trapped between the dock and the back of the truck. The employee was killed.
