PINNED BETWEEN TRACTOR AND STACK OF SAD

EMPLOYEE WAS INJURED WHEN HE WAS STANDING BETWEEN THE BUCKET OF A TRACTOR FROM WHICH HE WAS OFF LOADING GRASS SOD, AND A STACK OF SOD. THE MACHINE DRYER JUMPED OFF THE TRACTOR BEFORE THE ENGINE HAD STOPPED FULLY. THIS ACTION CAUSED THE MACHINE TO JUMP FOWARD PINNING EMPLOYEE AND CAUSING SEREVE INJURIES
