Investigation Summary

At approximately 1:29 A.M. on March 9, 2014, the owner of a bar and the bartender (a 28 year old male) broke up an argument between two customers. As one of the two patrons involved in the argument began to exit the establishment from the side entrance, another patron that had accompanied him began to exit with him. Then, one of the members of that party, who had not been involved in the argument, turned back into the bar after exiting and began firing shots into the bar. Four individuals were shot, three were killed, two patrons and the bartender/employee.
