At 7:00 p.m. on September 30, 2013, an employee was standing in an open area of the truck terminal where over-the-road truck drivers were waiting to pick up or drop deliveries. The employee was struck by an over-the-road truck as he was walking or standing in the terminal. The employee sustained a head injury and was killed.
