Investigation Summary
At approximately 5:45 p.m. on August 26, 2013, Employee #1, not wearing personal fall protection, was using a water hose to spray off saltwater from the hull of a 61 foot motor yacht. He was standing on a floating dock that was 8 foot wide by 170 foot long and floated 16 inches above the water. Employee #1 fell into the water and drowned.
