Investigation Summary
At 11:00 a.m. on July 17, 2013, an employee was working at his desk in his office and a coworker heard him exhale sharply and saw him start to shake. The employee collapsed at his desk. The coworker started CPR treatment while a second coworker retrieved an AED. The employee was shocked three times with the AED. Emergency Services was contacted and transferred the employee to the hospital where the employee died subsequently.
