Employee has heart attack and dies

At 9:45 a.m. on May 31, 2103, an employee informed his supervisor that he did not feel well and wanted to take 3 to 4 hours vacation time so he could go to the doctor. The employee then went to his car and was found slumped over in his personal vehicle approximately 15 minutes later. The employee had a heart attack and died.
