Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was attempting to gain access to a locked dormitory room. He climbed out through the window of an adjacent room, planning to climb in through the window of the locked room and then open the door from inside. When he was trying to climb from one window to another, he lost his balance or grip and fell four floors, approximately 30 feet, to the ground. Employee #1 died of a massive head injury.
