Investigation Summary
AN EMPLOYEE WAS DISCONNECTING AN OIL HEATER SO THAT HE COULD RELOCATE IT. HE HAD MISTAKENLY OPENED THE WRONG CIRCUIT TO DEENERGIZE THE HEATER. WHEN HE BEGAN TO DISCONNECT THE WIRING, HE CONTACTED ENERGIZED PARTS AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
