Employee falls from a ladder and later dies of other unknown

At approximately 11:45 a.m. on February 2, 2013, Employee #1 fell from a 6 foot ladder while changing a light bulb outside an exit door. Employee #1 fractured his ankle and was bleeding profusely. He was hospitalized and had multiple surgeries. On February 2, 2013 he died from previous undefined illnesses and not from the work related accident.
