EMPLOYEE #1 WAS INSTALLING ROOF PANELS WHEN HE STEPPED ON A WEAK PERLIN, WHICH COLLAPSED. HE FELL 16 FEET TO A CONCRETE FLOOR, LANDING ON HIS HEAD. HE WAS KILLED.
