Three employees killed, ten injured when floor collapsed

On April 23, 1985, Employees #1 through #13 were pouring the third floor of a parking facility when the floor collapsed. The employees fell about 20 to 24 ft among beams, scaffolding, concrete, and other material that was supporting the floor. Employees #1, #2, and #3 were killed. Employees #4 through #13 were hospitalized.
