THE EMPLOYEE SUFFERED A HEART ATTACK A FEW MINUTES AFTER HE WAS ENGAGED IN THE CLEANING OF A TANK. THE ATTACK WAS FOUND NOT TO BE RELATED TO THE OPERATION HE WAS PERFORMING.
