EMPLOYEE CRUSHED FROM ROOF TRUSS

Employee #1 was standing on top of a three-story structure, guiding roof trusses into place. As he was guiding one of the trusses, it swung and struck him and he fell to the floor. The truss then broke free from suspension and fell onto the employee, crushing him. He was transported to the hospital where he later died.
