Recycling facility worker cutting cylinder in half is struck

At 3:00 p.m. on August 17, 2012, an employee was working at a recycling facility. He was using an alligator shear to cut an aluminum oxygen cylinder in half. The oxygen cylinder struck the employee. The employee sustained a fractured arm and internal injuries.
