WHILE MEASURING THE DIMENSIONS OF A ROOF WHICH WAS 33 FEET ABOVE GROUND, EMPLOYEE #1 TRIPPED ON AN 11 INCH PARAPET AND FELL HEAD FIRST TO THE GROUND. HE RECEIVED MASSIVE HEAD AND CHEST INJURIES.
