THE FORKLIFT HAD BEEN IN OPERATION IN A CONFINED AREA FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS WHEN THE THREE EMPLOYEES BEGAN TO EXPERIENCE HEADACHES, NAUSEA AND WEAKNESS. ONE EMPLOYEE COLLAPSED. ALL THREE EMPLOYEES WERE HOSPITALIZED.
