HE WAS CARRYING A DIGGING BAR OVER HIS LEFT SHOULDER, WALKING ON OR NEAR THE EDGE OF ROUTE 28 WHEN HE WAS STRUCK AND CRUSHED TO DEATH BY A FORD TRACTOR, LICENSE NUMBER YH31050.
