EMPLOYEE #1 CAUGHT HIS SHIRT IN AN UNGUARDED SPROCKET AND CHAIN ON A MAGNACRAFT AUTOWRAPPER WHILE FEEDING A MAILING LIST. HE TRIED TO FREE HIS SHIRT WITH HIS HAND. HIS RIGHT INDEX FINGER WAS CAUGHT AND AMPUTATED IN THE NIP POINT.
