AN EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING A 36-FOOT ALUMINUM LADDER AT A RESIDENCE. THE LADDER CONTACTED A 19-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
