AN EMPLOYEE WAS ERECTING A SCAFFOLD TO POST A BILLBOARD ADVERTISEMENT. THE SCAFFOLD WALKWAY CONTACTED A 13.8-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
