A LINEMAN WAS WORKING NEAR A 4800-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. HE LAID ONE HAND ON THE THE METAL STRUCTURE OF A SUBSTATION AND THE OTHER HAND ON THE POWER LINE. HE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
