Employee Is Killed During Snow Removal Operations

On February 13, 2014, Employee #1 was driving a Ford F-450 truck during snow removal operations and stopped on the shoulder of the roadway to clean his windshield wipers. He was standing in the open driver's doorway when his vehicle was struck in the rear by a second snow removal truck. The impact threw Employee #1 backwards into the roadway where he was then struck and killed by his truck.
