Carpenter Is Injured in 7 Ft Fall from Ladder

At approximately 3:25 p.m. on February 27, 2014, Employee #1, a 61-year-old male carpenter with Carmel Valley Ranch was climbing a ladder when he fell approximately 7 ft from ladder to the ground below. Employee #1 hit his head in the event and was taken to San Jose Regional Medical Center where he was hospitalized for more than 24 hours. Employee #1 was not a contract worker.
