Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on January 25, 2014, Employee #1 was lowering a cut branch for an oak tree when an approximately 4 inch branch from a poplar tree 45 feet away from the oak tree fell and struck the him in the head, killing him instantly. A medic unit from Baltimore County Fire Department responded and pronounced him dead at the scene.
