Employee Falls from Stepladder and Is Injured

On November 25, 2013, Employee #1 was using a stepladder to change fluorescent light bulbs. As she changed the lights, she lost her balance and fell. Employee #1 sustained unspecified injuries. She was taken to a hospital, where she was treated and then released.
