Employee Trips over Patient's Leg and Fractures Own Leg

On January 13, 2014, Employee #1, a certified nursing assistant, was dressing a dementia patient. As he was being dressed, the patient stiffened up as well as both of his legs. Employee #1 tripped over his legs and fell, fracturing her femur bone. Employee #1 was transported to a hospital, where she was treated and then hospitalized.
