Employee Falls from Elevated Platform and Is Injured

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on January 27, 2014, Employee #1, a laborer, was fitting bolts to an aluminum column (tent) and standing on a platform approximately 14 ft from the ground. As he worked, he fell off the open side of the platform and received unspecified injuries. Employee #1 was transported to a hospital, where he was treated and then hospitalized.
