Employee Is Struck and Killed by Tree Branch

On February 21, 2014, Employee #1 and a coworker were planning to fell a large tree for firewood. They were in a remote location within a forest. Employee #1 was cutting wood for resale at his nursery and feed store, when he was struck by a tree branch and killed.
