Employee Falls Through Patio Cover and Is Injured

At approximately 12:00 p.m. on November 26, 2013, Employee #1 was providing maintenance work at a residential house and working on a patio cover. While repairing the cover, he fell through the cover, falling approximately 8 ft and striking the ground. He sustained unspecified injuries. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center, where he was treated and then was hospitalized.
