Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on September 16, 2013, Employee #1, a groundskeeper with Pacific Grove Unified School District, was using a blower to blow pine needles from the track at the field. He was found collapsed in the bushes behind the local high school football field lockers. He died at the scene from an apparent massive heart attack.
